Hey there,
Today I want to talk to you about an Advance Care Directive.
What is an Advance Care Directive?
When you are seriously injured or unable to communicate your wishes, an advance care directive is the document that will provide your care providers with the details to make respectful choices on your behalf.
An Advance Care Directive is a way to say what healthcare treatments you would like to have or refuse should you be in a position where you are incapacitated.
An Advance Care Directive will assist your care providers, family, and friends to make the right choice for your body once you have died. You can list how you wish your body to be cared for, whether you want a cremation, natural burial, or a home ceremony. Without this information listed, your wishes may not be met.
An Advance Care Directive can list your personal details, login information, and digital accounts. Items that you would not take too much notice of. Your care providers can efficiently deal with post-death administrative duties by listing these details.
An Advance Care Directive lets you enter all the necessary details to register your death.
An Advanced Care Directive lets you write down those you wish to be present in those final weeks, days, and hours and those you want not to be present.
An Advance Care Directive lets you list how you would like to spend your final weeks, days, hours. You may want a threshold chore to be present. A sound bath practitioner. May there be special rituals you would like played out. You may want to spend those last moments with your animal companion.
